A brief rant grumble about some snailmail junkmail. Thank you, Mr. Credit Card Issuing Bank, for telling me I “deserve to get more credit”. But no thank you for believing I’m stupid enough to believe that paying $178 in initial fees, plus a $48 annual fee AND a $6 monthly fee for $250 (maybe more) of credit. Besides, having the kind of awful credit history that puts me on the list to receive such crappy offers, I really don’t deserve that kind of credit. I was actually hoping to get credit for the original idea behind “The Amazing Race” (unfortunately, it was in 1983, and I never actually suggested it to anybody).
