This is an idea I’ve been kicking around for a while, and I thought I’d reveal it while it’s still not too badly bruised: Photoslop, badly faked pictures with badly real jokes.
It was really the image of the Star Wars stormtroopers in the Rose Parade that first inspired me:
Other recent images just cried out “Photoslop Me!”:
While others were kind of a dare… the kind of dare you rarely accept while sober:
Some Photoslops will be based on the latest breaking news:
While others will be based on the latest thing I found on the Web:
While others will just be inspired by a relatively normal picture…
Or a perfectly abnormal picture (these toast people were photographed in London, without the giant jam jar, if that matters):
Well, I told myself I wasn’t going to carry on with it unless I assured myself I could maintain it on an almost daily basis, but having done seven of these in the last 72 hours and having the inspiration (and the pics) to do three more right now, I’d say I’m ready… So, in the next couple days, look for my new site Photoslop.com (I can’t believe nobody registered that before me), but not right now… I’m sorting through pics of Donald Trump trying to find the one that makes him look almost like a human being…
