Playing Fast and Loose With News and Time

The polls opened early on VOAnews.com, the website of the semi-venerable “a trusted source of news and information since 1942″ Voice of America, as this very generic “Wolfson Report” was up (and getting linked by Google News) before 7PM, Pacific Standard Time on November SIXTH.
