I have a moderate amount of respect for the satire-generating skillz of Andy Borowitz, so when I saw that he was doing a “Predictions for the Next Year” schtick, I was eager to see what he had come up with. It was all fair-to-pretty-good, but then I got to his last item:

December: In his last official act, President Bush will announce an exit strategy from Iraq. The President will withdraw all U.S. troops – through Iran.

Now, compare that to the FIRST item from my list of Predictions for LAST YEAR:

Hours after Saddam Hussein was hanged, President Bush will announce that all American troops will be withdrawn from Iraq, declaring “everything’s done that I thought needed to be done.” Celebrations will be muted when it is learned that the withdrawal route is set up to go through downtown Tehran.

So, if I had the standards of a Silicon Valley Photographer, how much do you think I could sue ol’ Andy for?
